Athletic Paperwork

 

Any student participating in any athletic program at Laurence Manning Academy must submit his or her completed physical paperwork and physical from his or her physician.  Each student must also pay an athletic fee once per year.  

All paperwork, physicals and athletic fees must be submitted before the athlete will be allowed to participate in any workouts, practices or games.
