Mud Bowl 2010

Seniors Kathryn Windham and Celia Wilson had a great time at the Mud Bowl 2010.  Mud Bowl was sponsored by New Harmony Presbyterian Church.

Swygert selected as Top Teen by S.C. Baptist Convention

    Makayla Swygert was selected as one of Three Top Teens by the S.C. Baptist Convention WMU Committee.  She had to fill out an application, submit letters of recommendation, and go through an interview process to be selected.  She will be speaking and writing articles on behalf of the S.C. Baptist WMU Association as well as attending Carolina Girls (the state convention) and Bloom (the National Convention). 

Monroe finishes 2nd in golf tournament

    Meredith Monroe participated in the Tommy Cuthbert All-Star, two-day golf tournament at Seabrook Island GC on Aug 14 and 15.  Monroe finished 2nd.  She plays golf with Mid-State SCJGA.

Kate Johnson - Dixie Darlings state championship

    Kaye Johnson is a team member on the Turbeville Softball All-Stars, who won the Dixie Darlings state championship.  She and her team represented South Carolina in the World Series in Dension, Texas this summer.

Eddie Bradley, Class of 1989

    Eddie was recently selected to the Chair position of Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina. He is also active in many civic organizations in Asheville, North Carolina where he and his wife Tanya, live with their son Rylan.   He is employed as Regional Executive of Retail and Business Banking throughout a seven county area in the mountains of Western North Carolina for RBC Bank, the US subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada.   He graduated from University of South Carolina in 1993 with a B.A in Business Administration. He also received his MBA in Human Resource Management in 1995 from Troy State University.
